Repeated pulls of the trigger button do great damage to the wrist.
Have your developers grow up and stop being so juvenile. Create something great, not mediocre.

- - Fallout 76 was free on PlayStation; I bought a 1-month auto-renewing subscription, and PSN says refunds aren’t issued for third-party subscriptions.
I downloaded Fallout 76 free off of PlayStation Network. I hadn't played this version as of yet, so I wanted to try it out because it was free.
Upon the initial day of playing it, I realized there were a lot of things locked unless you had the monthly pass. So I purchased the one-month subscription, thinking it wasn't recurring, but it was. When I noticed it was recurring and I had no intentions of continuously playing the game, I contacted PlayStation Network customer support, who were unhelpful, and then I contacted Bethesda.
After waiting for a week for a response, I was essentially told that I had to deal with PlayStation Network, who stated they do not refund subscriptions through third parties. So essentially, both PlayStation and Bethesda stole my money.
Preferred solution: Full refund

So after about a week long wait I finally got a response back from Bethesda games. The individual I spoke to from customer service essentially told me that they don't have access to any payments that they receive they don't have a way of giving refunds or credits and that everything is solely on the shoulders of Sony even though Sony is the one that informed me to call Bethesda because Sony's policy is that they can't give refunds on subscriptions

Terrible support system weeks tryna solve something I should of been able to in a menu
- - Repeatedly passed between reps; questions not answered.
- - Wants to unlink Steam and close the account; €100 spent with delays.
Spent days being passed arround multiple reps no one listening or bothering to awnser the question or doing anything I just wanna unlink my steam and close the account keep getting passed arround waiting hours keep having to repeat myself because every new rep needs to make sure I want to a rep will send one fucking message and leave before I reply then the next rep has to make sure too I spent 100 euro on this fucking game and I'm being kept from it weeks like won't transfer it to my steam account never wanna give bethesda my money again after this if this is as much they care about it

The last ticket number I have is 250724-****49. I have tried to respond to the email sent to me, and I get that I am sending from an unknown email. In the email, it said it was being escalated, but I can't respond.
I need it replaced with a physical card. I feel like I wasted $90.

I heard you think Charlie Kirk was a fascist and deserved to die, or at least seems to have implied as much with that X post, and the fact that employees who celebrated it don't seem to have faced any repercussions. Well, I hope it works out well for you, because I will no longer be buying any Bethesda products, and I will be urging people to do the same. You evidently wouldn't want my 'fascist' money, and I can't in good conscience support a company that is seemingly in support of political violence and left-wing extremism.

I've been having the same issues. Unless you can provided them with receipts from cc what you bought when it was bought and answer your security question they won't do a thing.
Bought starfield that had cc content. Can't access.
