Help with fallout 76

I asked bethesda about some items that were no longer obtainable in game amd they sent me a list of those items, I chose two and they sent me a limited time offer saying contact me as soon as you're ready to go through with the transaction.that was sometime last week... IM STILL WATING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS!!!

Skin for xo2 jet pack not showing up in crafting

I have purchased and played their games but the last four years playing fallout 76 I've spent way too much money on this game from the atom shop store because some of the item do not work like their wallpapers and items that has not been fixed after reaching out to them to a jetpack that can not be crafted for power armor in the description before purchasing it saying it can at a power armor workbench just seems like they just want the players money and Bethesda doesn't fix the problems the atom shop items have it's been four years and still the problem with the wallpapers never got fixed

User's recommendation: Be careful what you purchase from fallout 76 some items do not work the way they are intended.

I want to unlink my xbox account

I have two Bethesda accounts and two Xbox live accounts on this single Xbox. In order to satisfy all parties these two individual accounts in both instances should be properly linked. Im an idiot and want Turkey sue that Im obsessed with the wrong, thanks! Please help

I brought stuff on the club Creation club and I can't get into the mods

My Xbox won't log into Bethesda so I can't get the thing I brought from Xbox game pass and I can't get to the mods
