Horrible customer service and unwilling to actually help with a hacker issue
Created a bethesda.net acct and tried to link my console acct to it. I couldn't, because I found out there was already another acct linked to MY console acct.
The bethesda.net acct is used for all of their products and necessary to do some things with them. I contacted bethesda service and informed them of the issue. Their answer was to tell me, repeatedly, that they could not help me unless I had access info for the HACKER acct. I'll repeat that.
They would not help me unless i could provide them with login information for the acct that had HACKED me. Instead, they continually provided canned responses asking for login verification info for the acct that hacked me and prevented me from creating a link between my actual accts. Even providing them proof of the console acct being mine, they did nothing.
Since this means many of their products will be unusable, or nearly so, I have deleted all of their products and will never purchase or use another of their products again. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Reporting a glitch.
Ok, after the last update in December 2023. I've had a massive issue with my load order.
At first, on my Xbox one x. I noticed the mod limit was lifted. So, i had 165 mods installed. Well, it worked fine for the new game i started.
But, went back to my mods. A therd of them turned off and jumbled up my load order. I thought i had too meny mods installed. So i deleted mods to get below the 150 mark and fixed my load order.
But, the next time i load a save game. It told me that a lot of mods were turned off or missing. Well, i thought i finally broke skyrim. So here's the kicker.
I so happen to buy a Xbox series x and redone my load order with 140 mods. It was the same thing that happened to my Xbox one x. Then it hit me. It's a nasty glitch.
Both boxes were having the same problem. I suspect it has something to do with the mod plug-in system.
I hope this gets fixed soon in a patch. As always, thank you for for your time.
