Placed order for Fallout76 Armor Edition through Amazon on July 13 around 2AM when my son saw it became available for preorder. I was given a confirmation number, estimated delivery date, and amount charged to my credit card.
Later that day I was sent an email stating my order had been canceled due to the manufacturer not being able to provide the product. My son was devastated! The item should never have been placed on line to be preordered if the manufacturer could not meet the demand! Poor customer service!
