This company gives new meaning to the word GARBAGE. Useless customer support.
They sound like they are operating out of their friends' garage. They really need a brush-up on their people skills. Verified problem with Fallout 4 Disc/Game after latest update but that was not enough. They asked for pictures, I sent them.
They asked for codes, I sent them. They actually acknowledged that the product was bad but told me to buy a new disc! Really? I am done.
If there is one company that deserves to be in the gutter...
step on up Bethesda. I will slit my wrists before I ever spend another dime on these low lives.
