This company gives new meaning to the word GARBAGE. Useless customer support.

They sound like they are operating out of their friends' garage. They really need a brush-up on their people skills. Verified problem with Fallout 4 Disc/Game after latest update but that was not enough. They asked for pictures, I sent them.

They asked for codes, I sent them. They actually acknowledged that the product was bad but told me to buy a new disc! Really? I am done.

If there is one company that deserves to be in the gutter...

step on up Bethesda. I will slit my wrists before I ever spend another dime on these low lives.

I concur: they produce junk. We, the people seeking some entertainment, spending hard earned money, get lousy service in return.

It's not that we ask stupid questions or don't try to fix it before we contact them. They just can't be bothered: they have our money and we have the junk.
