So for my understanding, for a buggy game crashing etc, lack of story, combat and rewards are poor because I brought this on PC and downloaded it makes me instantly non eligable for a refund? ACCC + Ombudsman here we come.
With everything mentioned above and other user experiences why should I be one of many that can't refund this? Where is the professionalism and why would your support team even hint at no refund?
At the end of the day you wouldn't sell a car that dies the moment it drives off the parking lot, so why sell a game that is unplayable? Physical media or Digital should not matter for a refund.
Please do something about this Bethesda asap.
