No phone support, got bounced back and forth between two emails, each party not taking responsibility for the online store. Had to call my bank to stop payment.

I like the games, but the support and shadiness of their customer service for paying customers is unconscionable. They should be forced to put a warning on their site that if you purchase from them, your money is going into a black hole, and you will never see it again, and they could care less if you buy their product or service, and they could also care even less if you actually receive the product you thought you were purchasing.

Yes, we put stops on payments, but how many people just give up? Bethesda has our money and went to lunch.
